We are writing to say how delighted we are with our new home at Palmetto Creek. Coming from the UK it was big decision where to buy the home and we are very pleased that we got it right.
The location is excellent as it is a short ride to the beach or to the lovely old town of Southport. And it is only a little longer to get to the city of Wilmington where we enjoy shopping and then lunch over-looking the Cape Fear River.
But the principal factor in buying at Palmetto Creek was the community itself. We did review several other developments but Palmetto Creek has the best balance of all the requirements. The clubhouse, pool, roads & landscaping are all installed and well maintained. The housing stock is all high quality and we have not had a single problem with our new home.
Best of all is the community spirit at Palmetto Creek. There was no way of judging this until we moved in, but the welcome has been more than we could have hoped for. We have made some really good friends here and always look forward to the social gatherings. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is accepted, no matter where they have arrived from. But if you're not a "party animal" and just want a quiet life, everyone respects that also.
One other important factor that drew us to Palmetto Creek was the attitude of the sales staff and in particular, you Patrick. You provide all the information that we requested in a prompt and honest way and that gave us a lot of confidence. We have found that this attitude has continued after we closed the deal and we can still get all the help we need from the sales office.
