A special developer cocktail party was the highlight of this year's Valentine's Day weekend!
A very special cocktail party kicked off the Valentine’s Day weekend celebration at the Wilmington Hilton Riverside. Guests enjoyed delicious food & drink and a presentation by the developer’s of Compass Pointe. A fun time was had by all, Palmetto Creek resident Ambassadors mingled with guests sharing their favorite places to eat and shop in Southport, NC and also why they LOVE living at Palmetto Creek.

We are writing to say how delighted we are with our new home at Palmetto Creek. Coming from the UK it was big decision where to buy the home and we are very pleased that we got it right.
The location is excellent as it is a short ride to the beach or to the lovely old town of Southport. And it is only a little longer to get to the city of Wilmington…
