Palmetto Creek is located between the southern charm of Wilmington, the entertainment of Myrtle Beach and just minutes from the historic town of Southport.

The people behind Palmetto Creek are developers Bobby Harrelson and Bert Exum, who have completed over 100 neighborhoods.
